NA Created almost a century ago by Nat Herreshoff, the Wizard of Bristol, the Herreshoff 12 ½ is probably the
best daysailer (and maybe the best sailboat) ever designed. She is fast, roomy, and seaworthy. In Bristol Harbor, in much
larger boats in less than ideal conditions, we have been passed handily by 12 ½’s. We’ve even sailed these
boats on a couple of occasions and have found them to be outstanding. Bill Harding’s construction and outfitting
of this great design is terrific and his reputation is well known to builders and sailors alike. Nearly a hundred of
these excellent boats have been built. This particular boat is a cream puff, well cared for by a conscientious owner,
who would like to move up to a weekender. This is a really nice boat. Features: This beauty
has a Triad trailer, oars and oarlocks, lifting rings, a winter cover, a new mooring cover, and a brand new spinnaker. Her
halyards and sheets were replaced in 2009, and her main and jib still have a number of season left. For more information

as the Greenwich 24, the Cape Dory 25 is truly a New England classic. Designed by well-known naval architect George Stadel,
she has a full keel, long overhangs, and a nice sheerline. This is a great boat for lazy afternoons on Narragansett Bay or
a weekend in Block Island. Cape Dory built over 800 of these solid little boats in the 1970's and early 1980's. This particular
one has roller furling and a rare inboard engine. She has been well-maintained by a conscientious owner. In his words: A classic
boat with classic lines for classic sails.
A mooring in East Greenwich, Rhode Island is available. The owner has
a 7' 6" Puffin dinghy which he could also make available. He also recognizes the economic hard times and in the interest
of getting his boat sold, will reduce the asking price temporarily by 20%. Please email us for further information

Holding: The Vanguard was designed by the late Phil Rhodes in 1962-63. Once a household name, Rhodes' credits include
both the lowly Penguin dinghy, the Rhodes 19, and the 1962 America Cup winner Weatherly, as well as some of the most beautiful
ocean racers of the 20th Century. Vanguard was designed to the CCA rule that produced pretty, seaworthy and seakindly offshore
yachts. Vanguard is no exception. Pearson Yachts in Portsmouth, Rhode Island built about 400 of these rock-solid boats from
1963 to 1967, just about the time we started our boatbuilding career with Bristol Yachts.
This 1964 Rhodes' classic
is about as good as it gets in traditional fiberglass yachts. Recently Awlgripped in British Racing Green, with varnished
exterior teak, oversized plain bronze hardware and varnished spruce boom, she is a real headturner.
We are in the process of refitting this vessel. Some items
in the refit are not yet completed. Rest assured, they will be so at the time of sale. We are also willing to accept offers
at whatever stage the refit is in when you see her.

Yes Victory is a true bluewater luxury sail yacht with all the comforts of home. She is beautifully appointed with extras
you would not normally expect, like several oriental rugs. A special dinghy tender on davits with 2hp outboard motor is included
for those exploring beautiful secluded South Sea hideaways. Equipped with superior state-of-the-art navigational equipment
and electronics, along with the latest in offshore safety equipment, and a fully furnished galley, Victory is truly a substantial
yacht, in sailaway condition.
We know that Manilla in the Philippines could be a long way from where you are.
And that you're not going to cross an ocean or two to bring her home. But if you intend to cruise the South Pacific, Victory
is strategically located at great jumping off point to some of the nicest cruising grounds in the world. The best part is
the owner is willing to sport you to a round-trip economy plane ticket from anywhere if you buy her.
New development:
How to own this gorgeous boat for half! Her owner, with a severely restricted schedule, but still loving this boat, has just
proposed a time-share arrangement: "Recent developments in my work will be keeping me quite busy the next few years.
It will be a shame if Victory is not fully used. While I am willing to seller her outright, if someone is willing to share
her ownership, I am also willing to sell half interest in her with all rights and privileges as an owner for half of the year.
Of course, the co-owner will likewise share the cost of maintenance and upkeep."
This kind of an arrangement
isn't for everyone, but if it fits your situation, it could be a great way to own twice the boat you had in mind. Please

65’ Italian 12 Meter 1985 Boat

gorgeous Italian 12 meter, Azzura II, built in 1985 for the America cup, is virtually one of a kind. She was drawn by the
famed Italian NA Andrea Vallicelli and launched in the Arsenale di Venezia to enormous public attention. Built of aluminum
with a winged keel, she was designed for the rough waters off Perth, Australia and has excellent seakeeping abilities. She
has probably sailed more miles on her own bottom than any other 12 meter. But the best part, Azzurra has been converted
to a delightful cruising boat, with a beautifully crafted Danish modern interior. She has accommodations for eight, yet her
flush decks remain uncluttered, and she has all the look of a race boat. Easy handled by two people, she has two rigs: the
original 12 meter rig with long boom and genoa, and a new self-tacking rig with an extremely efficient full roach main. Both
use the original mast and rod rigging. The result: a beautiful, easy-to-handle boat that does 12.7 knots over the ground.
Her owner writes: "When we first converted Azzurra to a cruising twelve homeported in Venice, we sailed the Adriatic
and Greek waters with our family. After a few years we decided to return to our homeland Scandanavia and to beautiful Baltic
summer cruises. We left Venice, rounded the bottom of Italy, passed through the Straits of Gibraltar, and crossed the Bay
of Biscay on the way home. All in grand style. Azzzurra is easy to handle and we usually sail in and out of our harbor without
our little BMW diesel. Now our sons are growing up, and sailing their own boats, and sadly, my wife and I must do with a smaller
vessel...but we admit that the day Assurra leaves port the last time without us on board will be less that a happy day." Please
